New Wave Agency was founded in 2001 By Krysha Osullivan.

Krysha began her journey in to the dance world by training at the Urdang Academy of Ballet and performing arts , after 8 years of training Krysha began an outstanding performance career, her talent would take her all over the world and in to a wide cross section of dance arenas including:

The world famous Moulin rouge in Paris , the largest casino in Europe Casino Estorill ,Pop concerts in the Hong Kong Coliseum for Andy Lau Asia’s number 1 pop star and actor ,Tv ad For Girls aloud album , The Britt awards with Jarvis Cocker ,The Crazy Paris show Macau and numerous other cruise and land based contracts.

Whilst still working as a dancer Krysha realised the need for an agency that would provide production companies with people who, as well as being excellent dancers were exactly right and well prepared for the needs of each individual job . As an agency we believe in quality over quantity. I would rather send one dancer to your audition who is just what you are looking for than ten dancers who are not right for your job.

Krysha has now retired as a performer and is using her vast experience to promote a new wave of dancers to today’s dance industry.
